whats behind cam's struggles??

So the latest hot topic is why has Cam Newton been struggling so bad  was Cam ever really that much of a saving grace for the panthers? in my opinion no he is a mirage of the fsntasy football community his number's are not that dramaticly different this year just not as eye popping as last year last year he only led carolina to a 6-10 record overall beside adding luke kuechly the panthers did not do much to assit cam tto an improved offense now whats behind the  outing & tantrums? in my guess it may have to do with a lack of maturity which should of been apparent to the panthers just from the most common draft  tool they use the wonderlic test: cam scored a 21 the wonderlic measures problem solving skills so cam is struggling this year & he cant figure out how to solve the problem now lets compare him to som other QB'S in recent years  Ryan fitzpatrick 48, Andrew Luck 37, ryan tannehill 34, RG3 24, Peyton Manning 28, brandon weeden 27. now are any of these QB's more physically gifted then Cam? not even close, but they all are better problem solvers then him which in turn means they can read a defense quicker then cam ,and figure out what the problem they have on the field is& fix it . now what can the panthers do to figure out the problem #1 get Cam some help& a GM #2 BRING IN A QB coach  nobody can teach his physical talent,but someone to get hifeet in order& read a defense thats just my opinion!!
